Potable water, also known as drinking water, is water which is fit for consumption by humans and other living beings. But is there enough potable water to support a population of 8 billion people?

Is there enough potable water in the world?
There definitely should be enough potable water on earth.
Places that lack enough water always have this problem due to location. For instance, being located in an area without a lot of readily available water to be treated or living in a community too poor to develop a good supply of water are possible issues.
